What are the modules available languages?,
The modules language is determined by the country's language where the of the elections are taking place.
Can I change the colors and logos that represents the electoral results?,
Electiona offers a color range and logos tipically associated to the political groups. The actual version of the service dont permit changes with colors and logos.
How can I know that my modules are working without data incoming? ,
Electiona modules have a test mode in order to check properly the installation weeks before the elections.
How long will be the post-electoral results service available?,
The post-electoral results service will be available untill 1 month after the election day. After that time, modules will be unattached.
Can I develop my own modules?,
Electiona is working as a complete and steady library full of modules, in which no more can be developped and attached individually. Available modules have been succesfull during other processes and wide experience obtainned by OpenSistemas in older scrutiny proyects over the last 10 years. Get in touch with us through our form if you have any suggestions about a new module or new features.
How long will be the real-time scrutiny available?,
The scrutiny service goes from the beginning since we have some electoral results untill the next day at 9.00 (next Monday). The service activation is confirmed via email to your account.
The older historic results that the service offers is available 15 days before the elections day. We inform about the service enabling to the account you have provided earlier.
